0 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ph247, accessible at ph247.vu ("the Platform"). By registering an account on ph247, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. ph247 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Eligibility & Registration

2 Account Responsibilities

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. ph247 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on ph247.

• ph247 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

ph247 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or loopholes in game or betting systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any form of money laundering or use of ph247 for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

ph247 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold. If a violation is confirmed, ph247 may void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently close the account.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

ph247 may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• At the request of the account holder (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).
• Inactivity over an extended period, as defined in the Platform's account policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — such as voluntary closure — your available balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after verification.
